Job Summary:

Service Revenue (comprised of Meetings & Events, Virtual Office & Coworking, Food & Beverage, Community and Partnerships) is a department focused on driving increased revenue across product lines through innovation and centralisation of key functions to drive efficiency. The centralised Service Revenue HQ team (SR HQ Team) works closely with Regional Leaders and local Business Development teammatesproviding support across the TEC network with the shared goal of growing profit for TEC. 

The Manager - Virtual Office & Coworking (VOCW) will work closely with the SR HQ Team, global VOCW BD team, and various departments across HQ. Their role is critical for financial analysis & forecasting, presentation building & delivery, and management of various strategic projects to drive revenue for the product line. Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and attention to detail are essential components of the role to maximise the team’s impact on overall profit generation. 

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain forecasts and models for the Virtual Office & Coworking line, including new centre forecasts and annual budget setting
  • Run regular analysis of financial performance (actual results vs forecast), as well as project and market-specific analysis where needed. This includes communication with local teams to understand key performance drivers
  • Assist with analysis of BD performance and pricing analysis on a regular basis
  • Develop and leverage an understanding of internal data structures and KPIs to continuously improve the overall value of reports and analysis for VOCW

Presentations & Reporting

  • Build clear, well-structured and visually appealing presentations with charts and explanations that make the data easily digestible
  • Produce professional board and management presentations with accurate financials, clear objectives and constructive insights

Revenue & Sales Support 

  • Assist in creation of standardised sales decks and materials to support the sales team in winning opportunities and generating additional leads across the network
  • Provide ad hoc support on requests from VOCW sales team including pricing, product updates, KYC, and general enquiries
  • Assist with market research, including competition, pricing, compliance and new revenue generation opportunities  

Projects & Systems 

  • VOCW HQ Team coordinates with many departments across HQ on a regular basis to implement improvements to data, CRM usability, marketing, products and more. The Manager - VOCW will support the management of select projects and the provision of inputs required by other departments
  • Assist in the management of new centre launches, focused on financials, ideal layouts, inventory and systems setup 

Requirements:

  • Financial accuracy – ensure accurate financial inputs in analysis and presentation data, including calculations of KPIs and FX variance
  • Presentation – strong experience in building polished presentations with data visualisation and strategic insights. Public speaking experience is preferred
  • Project exposure – experience running or supporting projects; any structured project management experience is welcome
  • Working style – accurate, organised, and calm under deadline, with perfect written and spoken English 
  • Collaboration – comfortable working across a variety of teams/stakeholders and providing guidance to juniors
